Working closely with a range of local, regional and global development partners, we are fostering the development of a research and education culture that serves the region by involving communities and stakeholders.
The GCCA+ SUPA Programme-USP Component focuses on building capacity in resilient development for local area stakeholders. Following diagnostic assessments of training needs in climate and disaster risk in ten countries, we’re identifying key change agents and helping to build their capacity.

A pioneering study aiming to provide a comprehensive assessment of the climate crisis and oceans covering 16 countries in the Pacific region. It gives voice to Pacific Indigenous knowledge systems and how they can work together in harmony with western scientific approaches.
